Possibility to restrict worklog visibility has been removed in the new Issue view on Jira Cloud. If you migrated from Jira Server or Data Center, or used this feature in the old Issue view, there can be worklogs that are restricted and our app is unable to read them.
To resolve this:
run a manual resynchronization and investigate the Issues that you can see in the log
try to remove visibility restrictions (if there is any) from the worklogs with the “Old issue view”. Open the Issue with the oldIssueView parameter: mycompany.jira.net/browse/CR-1?oldIssueView=true
you can request to remove all worklog restricton from your Jira contacting the Atlassian Support
