Updating manually Timetracker after minor/major version update
Please note, that the updating process can take some time after the manual approve. If the does not work after an hour (or more), contact our support team.
Certain scenarios, like minor version updates, require customers to manually approve our app in the Jira.
In this case follow the steps below:
Log in as Jira administrator
Navigate to the Apps → Manage apps page
Click on Update button
