Field configuration scheme

Our app use the “/rest/api/2/search?jql=issueKey” endpoint to synchronize the worklogs, with the fields “created,updated,worklog”.

Due to this, make sure that the “Log Work” field is present, and not hidden in the field configuration schemes.

The app searching for issues with worklogs using the “worklogAuthor” and “worklogDate” JQL parameters.

Due to this, make sure that the “Time tracking” field is present, and not hidden in the field configuration schemes.

If it is hidden, the JQL won’t find the Issue with the worklog, and the reporting won’t display it.

Make sure that the “Time tracking” field present on the Screens and Issue Layout in the projects.
